I love Holt. Pairing him up with Jake always results in some of the best moments! I hope, if it's him who leaves, next season Jake will help him come back to the precinct

Yes, he does.

Everyone's reaction to his leaving really did my break just as much as him becoming emotional, though. Even Rosa looked like she was about to cry!

That was just the worst part of an already terribly sad speech. The way he couldn't continue with the robot voice just killed me. Andre was so flawless during this scene ... the whole episode really. His Wuntch insults are always so spot on.
