I had Invisalign for almost a year as an adult (like 7 years ago). It's a pain, literally
 You can't eat with them on or drink anything besides water with them on. So the wear time is like 20 hours during the day. They were painful to put on at first and then your gums start to adapt to them, then two or four weeks later you have to wear a new pair that shifts your teeth even more, and it goes on like that.__________________
