Its been painful to kneel on it... been on and off since I've been training harder in martial arts... but it's been getting worse lately so i decided to get it checked out

I'll get the results back tomorrow!

It was a good weekend! Really hot, I got a lot of things done around the house that I wanted to and enjoyed some time outside.

got the results back... i have a bone contusion but most likely won't be needing any surgery... will be seeing the doc tomorrow
