As soap opera and cliched as it would be, I wouldn't be surprised to have Iris/Barry admit their feelings for each other at the end of the season -- only to have the man in the iron mask (after Barry rescues him) reveal himself as Eddie.
I just wouldn't put it past these writers...  (although I do hope if that happens, we actually get to see Iris CHOOSE Barry over Eddie in Season 3).__________________

That's really possible! Great theory! Yeah, it would be soapy, but I'd like to see her choose Barry over Eddie. So wouldn't be a so bad idea of the writers in my opinion.

I like that theory. I do think something or someone is gonna separate them in the finale, I don't think it'll be Eddie though. Either way, I'm ready for the agnst.
