Well, I'm a bit disappointed we didn't get a "Barry by Iris's bedside scene", but we did get a good scene of Barry fretting over what happened to her at STAR Labs. I guess I'll take it for now -- but only because the rest of the episode was fantastic.

While it would've been nice to get a westallen scene, I understand why there wasn't one. That being said, this was the best episode of the season so far, the first ep I'm gonna re watch. A step in the right direction.

That's a REALLY cute pic.
  At first, I was disappointed that there was no WestAllen bedside scene, but since he seemed broken by it at STAR Labs,maybe they'll save a better WA moment later in the season.  Speaking of WA moments, the scene @ the beginning when he was racing through town & ended @ the West home..."There's this song lyric I like...All the broken hearts in the world still beat...mine's beating but bruised, hopefully not for long. The one thing I know is time changes everything." And when he said "not for long" he was looking @ Iris & her family. That was a beautiful poignant moment. |

I read on twitter that it's the same song that played in Jitters when he went to see Iris after the coma - a little foreshadowing?!
This ship is so painfully slow though, I need some kind of hints in the next ep. __________________

I get that it was a West family episode, & I loved all the Iris screentime but I'm still disappointed that there was no bedside scene. Anyway, this episode sjowed that things are looking up for this show and can't wait for Earth-2 WestAllen.
