Yes, they're saying it's a clone. However, it's so obvious Barry knows something is up. He looked over at the mirror, he senses his real Iris. I also think Barry's weird symptoms such as being tired, sore, out of breath are caused by this Iris situation. His Lightning Rod is gone right now and it's affecting his powers/abilities.
