Yuppp!! It's canon since Day 1. Barry breaks up with Linda is overjoyed refering to his day as "great" and "I have a feeling I'm going to move on with somebody special". What a dork! Savitar melted at Iris' touch. He was even considering their plan until he got all emo and jealous over Iris being with Barry.

If your name isn't Iris he's just not that into you.

What if Confused!Barry is more like Where-in-my-timeline-am-I!Barry since the Speedforce shows people past/present/future?

Maybe his own timeline is all a big jumble in his head, so he says to Iris "Where's Bart?", and everyone's like "Oh, he thinks his name is Bart again" but he's actually asking about the future Bart Allen and is really confused as to why no one knows about him .

You never know. He's drawing all these weird symbols and is bouncing off the walls. A lot could've happened in the Speedforce.
