Did he though? Since it was EveryMan...Cisco wasn't in danger as EM can't replicate abilities. If they hadn't been reactive (which I'm not blaming them..their reaction was realistic and normal)..they would've quickly found out


which begs another question..EM replicates once he touches a person...did he touch the body of dead Dr. Wells?

I doubt he touch the dead one. I am sure Thawne has some trick. Technically Thawne looks like Wells so he maybe touched him.

Yeah we now know who it was but at the time they thought it was Wells. EM could have had a weapon he would have used on Cisco, we don't really know what the outcome could have been. So to me Joe saved Cisco.
