I may be wrong but I don't think Cecile was in that many episodes for her to take away from Cisco and Caitlin. She was featured more around the end but so were the other twos, especially Caitlin with her Killer Frost dilemma.

Ralph took away from everyone including the lead.

I just want both Caitlin and Cisco to have the respect and consideration for being regulars since the beginning of the series and have the stories and development they deserve, Cecile for narrative logistical in story at season 4, but Ralph was pushed into our throats and had more screen time than Caitlin and Cisco in practically a few episodes.
I have nothing against Cecile and I tolerate Ralph, but in Season 5 they do not take much of the screen time that could be given to Caitlin and Cisco.

I'm willing to blame all show problems to Ralph.
Also other shows problems.
And real world ones.
