Since the beginning it's been these two. Caitlin and Cisco are each other's rocks and confidon. There is nobody who loves Caitlin like Cisco and there is no-one who loves Cisco like Caitlin. They have been through thick and thin. Well Caitlin was lost in Killer Frost alter ego: it was Cisco's life being in danger that convinced her to change.
