Well, it's about time someone actually did Barry's job
 .I would rather Julian be a character on his own rather then yet another bad-guy-in-disguise. For once, I'd like the bad guy to be someone unknown by Barry. __________________

He's Julian Albert. Alchemy in the comics is Albert Desmond.
Can't exactly rule it out. __________________

The Albert connection can be a red herring. Like what happened with Eddie Thawne in S1. People suspected he was the Reverse Flash because of his last name but it turned out he was just his ancestor.
Of course, Julian can be Alchemy. I just hope he's not  __________________
