Am just watching 205 and Caitlin says:
'Cisco, I don't think any of us would become evil if we all of a sudden got powers, even if they were from Dr. Wells'

they totally jumped the shark with her 'not being able to control' her freeze powers. But I guess it was their way of introducing KF. It just sucks that they contradicted themselves.
