If he is her LI and he stays we can finally have a Caitlin romance that sticks The fact is that I wouldn't be shocked if she fell in love with him and he died in the finale because Caitlin is cursed There's also the fact that they can use his death to have Killer Frost go crazy for more than one episode.

I just highly doubt he's anything more than a season guest star. I think he'll be dead, missing or have left by the season finale. The show is predictable like that imo.

Time will tell though.

TF is a series regular so it's not like he's just another guest star. I hope he stays. I think the character of Juliam is shone promise. I can also really get behind Julian/Caitlin.

He's listed as "Special Appearence by" Tom Felton. He's listed before the guest stars for the episode. Many shows usually give certain actors who are series regulars special credits.
