I think Barry was in shock or he didn't want to get sucked into the speed force.
There were a lot of great Wally scenes this episode, most of them heartbreaking. I need Barry to save him asap. __________________

He broke my heart there at the end and when he started hallucinating Francine. It's sad that he was trying to do what they thought was right but ended up paying for it.
