Based on what I read, I think she does. One of the showrunners, I think, talked about how Candice stepped up her game this year. So, I think it goes beyond the first couple. Plus, how can Iris step down, when she has a new sense of purpose. I think this will be part of the focus of the next episode.

First time having done a real episode batch

in the past seriously had been mainly Killer Frost or some Barry focused [2x21 and 2x23] plus some others or say Katie's 2x22 or Wentworth's 3x22

So really first time iconing Iris
