Chloe lied to Dov last season. She didn't tell him that she'd been married, and wasn't officially divorced. Then she tried to hide that she had met with the ex to finalize the divorce and kissed him.

I don't know what it would take at this point. He's really not showing any signs of changing his mind. There was a a bomb..people tend to reevaluate their choices when things like that happen, and he didn't. If someone else takes an interest in her - well, I guess we'll see.
