Same. But I think it's a good sign they are doing such awesome numbers in Canada. I don't think it's the content. I think it's just the circumstances. The holiday this week. Plus the storms knocked out power all over the east coast. and CBS had big premieres against it last week. They have way more competition in the new time slot. I'm hoping they adjust next week.

That's true, but I also heard the 2nd half of the episodes may not even air until next summer? It just reduces all chances of getting any more seasons.

It didn't help that they delayed the airing for ABC by a month, so most who watch the show probably saw it online after it aired in Canada, so watching it live wasn't really necessary.

Very true although I feel like the maybe 100k fans online who would have watched it early wouldn't compare to the millions who don't necessarily follow the show online? I mean, even if some of the others shows I watched aired early, I think I would still wait for them to show up on my tv (any show but rookie blue, that is )

this will be the second season I get to watch on TV rather than the laptop, it makes viewing so much better

There's a DVD box for the first 3 seasons available in my country but I feel like waiting until I can get all the seasons in one box but that will mean I'll have to wait ugh.

Rookie Blue was untouchable in its new timeslot, sealing Global's ratings dominance with almost 1.2 million viewers (2+) tuning into another gripping episode which included a special appearance by ET Canada's Roz Weston. The programs took the top three spots in all key demos.



New episodes of Big Brother, Extant and Rookie Blue air next Wednesday, July 16 beginning at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Global.



DATA HIGHLIGHTS

Big Brother wins the 8 p.m. timeslot with 1.2 million viewers (2+) and wins the night nationally with 634,000 (A18-49)
Extant wins the night nationally with 1.7 million viewers (2+) and wins the 9 p.m. timeslot with 602,000 (A18-49)
Rookie Blue wins the 10 p.m. time period nationally in both 2+ and A18-49 with 1.2 million and 421,000 respectively
