Looks like KDM will be in Korea doing Jekyll and Hyde. Not sure what that means for Will & Kevin if anything as Kevin is only recurring anyway. There are two actors hired to play the lead (KDM and Bradley Dean) so not sure if they are taking turns or if one is doing the December shows and the other is doing the March - May stretch. It isn't clear as yet.
A joint production of the musical “Jekyll and Hyde” by South Korea’s OD Musical Company and the U.S.’ Work Light Productions will launch a world tour starting in December. OD Musical Company said Monday that the project will involve upgrading the Korean version of the musical and casting Broadway actors. OD Musical Company will be tasked with the overall production and planning while Work Light Productions, which has produced hit musicals such as “Rent,” “Cinderella” and “Mama Mia!” will take part as a partner. The world tour will begin in Daegu on December first for a monthlong run. Between March and May, the musical will take the stage in Seoul before going onto cities of Asia and the U.S. from 2018. Based on Robert Louis Stevenson's 1886 novel, “The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde,” the musical is a thriller that depicts the duality of human nature. Nashville takes a big chunk of December off filming for the holidays anyway... so maybe he's doing those shows because they won't conflict much with Nashville... I guess we'll see

So I did a little more digging and it looks like KDM is not listed as a cast member for the December run but is listed for the March through May 2017 part. He is in Korea this weekend promoting the show. Not sure how long he is there for. Hopefully not long as Will needs him back in Nashville
