Season 3 Episode Survivor

Round 1


Rules:
• Vote for your least favorite episode during each round.
• You only get one vote per round.
• First episode to 5 votes gets voted off.
• In the last round, we will vote for which we want to win.



#1 "That's Me Without You"
Rayna makes a decision on whom to marry. While auditioning to play the role of Patsy Cline for a movie, Juliette lets the emotions of her break-up show through. Scarlett leaves for Mississippi and both Avery & Gunnar end up tagging along on a road trip. Layla processes Will's confession about being gay.

#2 "How Far Down Can I Go"
Will's debut album soars to first place, so a displaced Rayna gets proactive with her publicity. Maddie is not happy that her mother is marrying Luke so she takes it out on Deacon. At the doctor, Juliette is relieved when she figures out that Jeff can't be the father of her baby. Gunnar asks Scarlett to help him with a song.

#3 "I Can't Get Over You to Save My Life"
With Rayna and Luke both having busy schedules, they have to figure out when it's best to get married. Juliette struggles with morning sickness and has to keep excusing herself during tour rehearsals. ZAG performs at a barn party where Gunnar runs into his first love, Kiley. Deacon finds comfort with Luke's backup singer, Pam. Layla goes to Jeff blackmailing him.

#4 "I Feel Sorry for Me"
Juliette turns to Rayna and tells her, Glenn and Emily that she is pregnant. Avery continues to drink and avoids Juliette until she has to bail him out of jail. Rayna and Jeff compete to get Sadie Stone to sign with either Highway 65 or Edgehill. Gunnar and Scarlett plan a surprise goodbye party for Zoey.

#5 "Road Happy"
While getting ready to start community service Avery gets a text from Juliette saying that she is pregnant. Juliette starts filming the Patsy Cline movie. Rayna, her girls, Luke and his son spend the day together while Rayna and Luke film a commercial. Gunnar discovers that Kiley has a son. Will breaks up with Tony when he tells him he wants a real relationship. Scarlett befriends Terry, a homeless man.

#6 "Nobody Said It Was Going to Be Easy"
The CMA nominations are announced with Rayna leading with the most nominations. She questions if it's because she is with Luke. Will's own nomination causes tension between him and Layla. After passing out, Juliette is rushed to the hospital to be checked out. Avery drives all night to Cincinnati to check on her. Gunnar wants to spend time with Micah. Maddie and Colt throw a party at Rayna's and Daphne has to call the police. Teddy finds out that the woman he was seeing was an escort hired by Jeff.

#7 "I'm Coming Home to You"
Rayna's Rolling Stone interview gets in the way of the only weekend she's supposed to spend with Luke and her family. Juliette and Avery argue over things regarding the baby while trying to deal with their current situation. Micah stays with Gunnar and Zoey. Layla and Will attend the premiere of their reality show. Scarlett and Terry write music together and he tells her about his past.

#8 "You're Lookin' at Country"
It's the night of the CMA's with Rayna and Luke competing against each other. Rayna wins big which causes tension between her and Luke. It's around the one year anniversary of Jolene's death and Juliette has flashbacks of her childhood. She meets Avery's parents and Avery's father makes it clear he disapproves his son's choices. Gunnar and Zoey deal with being sudden parents to Micah. Deacon and Scarlett watch the CMA's from home.

#9 "Two Sides to Every Story"
Rayna continues to pull out all stops in self-promotion, this time by agreeing to do a televised Christmas special from her home with Luke and the children. Juliette spies on Avery when she thinks he's seeing someone. It’s Nashville’s Winterfest and ZAG have an opportunity to perform and get signed with a manager. Will and Layla go to Winterfest and each find solace but separately.

#10 "First to Have a Second Chance"
Avery proposes to Juliette and they get married. Rayna calls off her wedding. Deacon receives bad news. Gunnar finds out that Micah is actually his brother's son. Sadie gets a visit from her ex. Layla and Will attend Jeff's party where Layla overdoses on pills and almost drowns in the pool.

#11 "I'm Not That Good at Goodbye"
Rayna deals with the aftermath of calling off her wedding. Avery moves in with Juliette. Deacon gets a diagnosis. Gunnar goes to court to fight to have custody of Micah. Layla is at the hospital after being found face down in Jeff's pool. Sadie figures how to deal with her ex.

#12 "I've Got Reasons to Hate You"
Rumors are flying about Rayna's whereabouts since she hasn't been seen out in public for weeks, so she decides to sing at the Bluebird. Jeff needs a singer on his label for the younger demographic and has his sights set out on Maddie. Juliette works on her new album. Gunnar works on having a relationship with Micah and tells him about Jason. Scarlett calls her mom to come up from Mississippi so she can tell her about Deacon and possibly be a liver donor for him.

#13 "I'm Lost Between Right and Wrong"
After Teddy has agreed to sign Maddie to Edgehill, Rayna tries to find a way to nullify the contract. Avery is busy producing Sadie's album, but she is having a hard time due to her ex-husband stalking her. Deacon finds out that he will only have six months to live if he does not find an organ donor. Luke, Gunnar and Will have a boys night out.

#14 "Somebody Pick Up My Pieces"
Jeff's career takes a tumble thanks to Rayna and he gives Luke the idea to start his own label. Sadie confides in Rayna about her ex-husband. Deacon contemplates participating in a clinical trial for an alternative treatment. Scarlett and Gunnar bond as they both focus on writing.

#15 "That's the Way Love Goes"
It's the 10th anniversary of Rayna's induction into The Grand Ole Opry and she asks Deacon and her daughters to sing with her. Deacon finally tells Rayna about his cancer. Will starts working with Kevin Bicks, an openly gay songwriter. Gunnar, Scarlett and Avery have the opportunity to open up for Rascal Flatts and come up with a new band name: "The Triple Exes". Sadie shares her private ordeal on national TV.

#16 "I Can't Keep Away From You"
Rayna spends the day at the cabin with Deacon refusing to let him wallow in his condition and trying to persuade him to let her be there for him. Avery, Gunnar and Scarlett are opening for Rascal Flatts on tour but Scarlett becomes wary of performing again. Jeff and Layla continue to blur the lines of business and pleasure. Sadie accidentally shoots her ex-husband.

#17 "This Just Ain't a Good Day for Leavin'"
Rayna has to bail out of hosting Juliette's baby shower to help Sadie but ends up being the one to go with her to the hospital. Avery arrives just in time to be there when Juliette gives birth to their baby girl. Deacon spends the day with Maddie and Daphne. Gunnar is upset by Scarlett growing closer to Dr. Rand.

#18 "Nobody Knows But Me"
While Juliette is eager to get back to work following the birth of her daughter, she quickly finds balancing motherhood and a music career challenging to say the least. The Triple Exes put on a last-minute show for a music critic. Jeff's former fiancee, pop-star Jade St. John, is in town for a concert and he tries to persuade her to let Layla open for her. Will awkwardly tries to ask Kevin out on a date. Deacon continues to cope with his cancer diagnosis, a secret that weighs heavily on his family.

#19 "The Storm Has Just Begun"
Stars of Nashville have gathered in support of Teddy’s music education initiative "Note By Note" where Juliette plans her return to the spotlight – and Layla finds herself thrust into it – alongside Jade St. John. Rayna, Deacon and Maddie leave for the hospital when Deacon gets news from his doctor that they might have found a donor. Scarlett & Gunnar look for a replacement for Avery but finally decide to stay a duo.

#20 "Time Changes Things"
Rayna travels to Mississippi to try to convince Deacon's sister Beverly to be his liver donor. Juliette attempts to jump-start her career by having a surprise rooftop concert. Jade throws a party at her house in Malibu and invites Luke, Jeff and Layla. Kiley shows up at Gunnar's door.

#21 "Is the Better Part Over"
Juliette neglects her baby by focusing on her music instead and people close to her get concerned she's suffering from postpartum depression. The Exes get an offer to sign with Highway 65. Deacon & Rayna fear they have limited time together. Will gets a surprise visit from his father. Jeff starts a Twitter war between Layla and Jade in order to draw attention on Layla.

#22 "Before You Go Make Sure You Know"
Juliette is so focused on her career she puts everything she loves behind her. Deacon prepares for surgery with Rayna and the girls by his side. Originally going to deny that he is gay when the story breaks on him so he can protect his career, Will finally decides to come out publicly. Scarlett & Gunnar share a moment over a song. Teddy is arrested.

# 6, this seems like it will be a Juliette/Avery vs Rayna/Deacon fan thing since 15 was one of my favorite episodes.

I said this survivor would make no sense , we're all watching for different storylines which are not good at the same time.
