I heard it. But maybe because I listen to people talking for a living so I'm used to the soft spoken. There was a lot of mirroring in their speech, both to each other and from episodes past.

I really love that they did that. 503 gets better everytime you rewatch it IMO. One of my favorite moments is the look Avery gives Cadence when he realised Juliette felt something because of Cadence's little accident. Cadence was able to do in one moment what Avery has been trying to do since 501. Give her hope. Avery was looking at Cadence like she was his hero. Lot of great acting by JJ in this episode. Hayden too but for an Avery centric he gave a lot of different range.

I wondered if maybe Cadence was going to call Juliette Mama in that scene. B/c in one of the earlier scenes, J. was saying everyone would be better off if she had died in the plane crash. I thought Cadence calling her Mama would give J. a reason to live....Cadence needing her to be Cadence's mother.

I actually thought the same thing when we first had that promo pic of the three looking so happy. But that was great too.

Yeah, funny how excited I got over a baby peeing. Never thought about that being a possible scene stealer. Oh, well, That's why I'm not a writer on the show.

I am really looking forward to episode 4 now that we know the J/A stuff from the older promos is in that episode.

I'm looking forward to 504, but I'm also prepared for them to kind of sidelined after being featured in 503. It might not happen, but I have to expect that or my hopes will be too high.

I don't think they are going to be sidelined in 504 since they were featured in the promo and we know from them that they have at least two confrontation scenes and Juliette has at least two scenes with other people. I think the following one though, we might not get much if at all since it will be 2 episodes in a row that we have them.

You may be right, at least for Juliette. However, Avery might only have a couple of scenes with her and nothing else. We'll see. After getting a lot of Avery last week, I'm prepared for him to disappear this week, except as being part of Juliette's storyline.

(I have to be pessimistic. It's how I cope! LOL)

I was just thinking. Do you think Avery ever felt intimidated by the fact that Juliette could probably get anyone she wanted, being a superstar who was also very attractive? Or do you think he was confident in his own looks and was used to beautiful women hitting on him, so it didn't seem weird for him (a relative nobody) to be with her? Or did he not think about it and just considered them friends?
