Anybody read any fanfic on these two? I think I did awhile ago around s2 or s3.

I've read one recently. It involved Robin too, it was one where Daniel came back at the end of season 3 instead of Marian. She ends up with Robin, but it doesn't happen right away, she's with Daniel for a good portion of the story. It was called "Choices". I saw another one set in season 5 and Daniel was in the underworld, but the focus was more on OQ and it was pretty short.

I don't know if I've ever read one where Regina and Daniel actually end up together. They're probably out there but I guess you have to go back a way to find them. I've only been in fandom since 3b and most of the fics I've read that mention Daniel, either he's already dead when the story begins or he dies early into the story.

I read a couple where daniel was involved but they ended up being OQ or SQ fanfictions where Daniel either did or she choose between the two

Sherry, I think I read Choices too but it's OQ endgame. Emma brought Daniel back, right, and I think at the end, Daniel was pretty understanding on where her heart lay years later, lol. But if it's the same one I'm thinking of didn't she have the ring from Daniel back? Did Daniel hit it off with Tinkerbell or something, lol? What was interesting was instead of seeing Regina angsting in the usual OQ 'Marian is back' set up, you got to see it from Robin's perspective with Regina's first love being back in the picture.

I mix the fanfics up sometimes; I remember there was an OQ fic where the King was brought back by Emma instead of Marian or Daniel. :lol:

I don't remember the ring being part of the story, but Daniel does start dating Tinkerbell in the epilogue so that's probably the one you're thinking of.

That's one thing I stay away from. I don't read fics involving Leopold. It make me feel ill thinking about 19 year old Regina being married off to that old man.

I said if I came across any fics where Regina and Daniel actually end up together, I'd post them. This one takes place late season 2. Regina leaves SB, partially losing her memory and meets Daniel in NY, who somehow ended up there after the curse but he still has his memories. It's short, but sweet.
