I'm still confused as to why Regina and Hook look the same age as they did in season 6, but Henry is suddenly a grown man with a 10 year old child. I'm not sure that we know time has been in frozen in HH. Non-fairytale people would notice if they weren't aging, especially Lucy because kids change so much so quickly. That makes me wonder if they haven't been in HH all that long.

I think they've given up on trying to make the timeline make any sense. Some people age, others don't, it makes no sense. They haven't even told us how many years have passed since Henry left Storybrooke and I think they probably aren't going to. From now it will be "some years later" and "some years ago".

well i always remind myself that those are the same writers like on lost and yeah we had the same problem there too so i am not even surprised. but i figured 10 years passed from storybrook henry to henry meeting cinderella. and then another 10 years because obviously the kid is 10. but that must have happened in the cursed town already. otehrwise henry would have aged more and regina and the otehrs too.- of course its weird that apparently once again just lucy aged... but i dont really get it. yet henry grew up from a baby in storybrook to a 10 year old as well and the others didnt age so.. yeah

Until they tell me otherwise, I have decided to make it up myself. Henry went to a realm that made him age quicker. Back in SB, hardly anytime passed at all. And if Lucy was born in EF2, that is how she aged quicker than people from SB and our world. But yeah, those 10 years in EF2 should effect Regina, Hook, & Rumple. Rumple is Dark One so that excuses him. Regina has magic so I am telling myself that. Hook2? Well yeah - I guess his superior genetics granted him the ability to age well. Seriously, though, Lady Tremaine used magic to deage him so magic might effect him too, kept him that way.

I'm starting to wonder if the curse sent everyone back in time to 2017. It seems impossible that Henry was 14 in 2015 and we are now in HH in 2017 and he's an adult with a 10 year old child. If that scene in the season 6 finale of Henry and Lucy hiding is a flash forward to the curse happening, then it's been at least 10 years in EF2 from 7x01 until whenever the curse happens. Time travel would explain it only being 2017 in HH. The aging, or lack of, still confuses me so I'm just going with Heather's explanation that it must have something to do with magic.
