I hope Operation Hyacinth isn't over yet. They still don't have a way to save Henry, unless that magic Facilier gave Regina is going to do the trick, but that seems too easy.

It does seem rather easy. I think the Operation is probably pretty much over and Regina did the 'finding' offscreen. We might get another scene shared between them though where Regina shares the news with Lucy.

Yes Lucy knew who Regina was before she did so once Regina was awake they got to spend more time together
