I did weigh myself yesterday after 2 months of not doing so and I almost had a heart attack. I gained about 9 pounds in two months. I went shopping yesterday for healthy yummy food, cause really. I am not allowed to gain one more pound lol.

It is a surprise sometimes and yes healthy yummy food is good
 I find I will want something and east it then feel bad as I know I shouldn't have eaten it! __________________

haha same. and i have a friend who actually needs to GAIN weight and so she eats absolutely everything that I want to eat and cant lol
