I didn't like the kissing scenes at all. I don't mind them working together, but that's where it needed to end.

This moment is interesting and I didn't even notice until I re-watched on Monday.

Out of context, it looks like she's flirting with him, but I don't believe that's what this is. I think she's genuinely happy that he finally made the right choice and is here as part of this family dinner. It wasn't that long ago that she was the person newly invited to the dinner. I don't think she was ever more than a means to an end for him, but I think she does care about him. Not like the EQ did, but as a mentor. I think she would have liked them to be friends and allies. I'm really curious as to whether or not the events of this past season will change Rumple in any way and if so, if we could ever see them reach a point of being true friends.

That's funny you pointed that out, Sherry, because I noticed the look but just didn't put too much into it. I read into it like she was happy that he finally reached the same place she had, sitting at dinner with the family. He was no longer the outsider like they both once were.

It will be interesting to see how their dynamic shifts in the new set up for s7. I imagine the relationship will have to reinvent itself if they are forced into similar circumstances to help one another and Henry. I ALWAYS viewed their relationship through that mentor|father figure lens. I choose to ignore the Golden- EQ double mess, LOL. Thank goodness it wasn't our Regina, that's all I have to say.

I know some Rumbelle fans who are upset about the show returning are worried about them hooking up but I just don't see that.
