Haha oh for sure, they could've been rude. I just meant he'd likely get more offended than someone like me even if they were. 'Cause I don't expect top of the line treatment. Hell, I'm pleasantly surprised if someone smiles at me these days. People are grumps haha.

Maybe not disrespectful but he did say poor customer service. Which can mean many different things. Sometimes companies have crappy policies and the employees don't do the best job of doing everything they can without breaking the rules. He did follow that tweet with this one:

So I guess it was sorted out.

I figure he's on his way home so you can't feel too bad for the guy. I thought Lana would get him out of a bad mood. Then I read she worked until at least 2 AM. So he probably arrived to an empty house. Anyway, here's to hoping he's home now for the holidays and she's got one more week of work then they can have some family time.

its the season i think. also happens at the office. you see so many grumpy pants these days. its scary lol. when i see people like that I smile so large that it reaches my ears just to be like "na na na na na na" lol
