Sandy, it's easy:

peel the apples.

remove stem and

kernels, then cube

apples. use apples

that bake/cook easily.

add water and

sugar. let cook

for about 15

minutes, on low

heat after it

has boiled, stir

during simmering often.

if it sticks

to the bottom

of the pot,

add water - you

can let it

evaporate if the

sauce is too

runny after pureeing.

purree them in

the pot, voilá.

you can also

add sugar/sweetener however

you may please.

any amount of

apples will result

in half the

amount, just fyi.
