Me too or even Castle more how ironic if Kate and Meredith had become good friends? Didn't care for her but it would've been a nice twist lol. But the friendship is so nice to see.

I could see it. I think Meredith learned in season 5 that she couldn’t push Kate around or force her out like she had probably done with other women Castle dated (or married) and respected her for it... Or maybe I just think that because I love Stana and Darby’s friendship

That could be it, plus they say opposites attract and Kate and Meredith are complete opposites. I mean I know Kate must have some feelings of the way she parented Alexis considering she lost her own mother but Meredith's loss was her gain..
