I found it a big help to cut out white bread completely when i started losing weight and later when i had to keep the lost weight from returning. So it's nice that eating rye was already a national habit of mine

Good morning you guys!

Well I'm back at school. Was gonna leave home yesterday morning but opted for leaving at 3 AM central time. Worked out way better.

Will get in a nap later after class though because I need it.

I got to spend an extra 2 hours yesterday with the fam though which worked out.

Family all love it too.

No such luck. It was a long labour; my waters broke Good Friday. I was in labour from 10pm Friday, and gave birth after 7 am on Easter Sunday. We were discharged from hospital yesterday afternoon.
