It is . She also cleared up some questions about the new hospital we have being built. My concern was never the location but the fact that we don’t have the doctors or nurses so we’ll see: it won’t be done til 2023 anyways and everyone was concerned about still having their job and they said the goal isn’t to get rid of us but some can further education, move around, go to the primary care offices etc so that’s a good thing . I was concerned about that as well to be honest.

I'm good, I'm nervous as today's my first actual day on the job. The orientation was good and it was great to get to know more people but now I'll be with those I'm working with and I always get nervous of the others impressions of me,how they are etc...

I got lunch from a place I don't go to regularly for birthday paid for my mother, so that was exciting.

Other than that, I'm just enjoying my time off.

That's awesome, Candace nothing wrong with a lunch and relaxing day.

It went well. It was a lot of paperwork and than some working. I'll be like a waitress, we bring them breakfast and lunch and take their orders for lunch, and than we go back and do their dinner and breakfast orders for later on and the next day. It was a mess back there but she also said they were really behind as there had been a meeting using most of last nights workers. It'll take some time to get used too because I'm so used to retail. Hopefully I can learn to get out of my comfort zone.

I’ve finished work early because it’s super quiet and I’ve got someone coming to my house to thread my eyebrows.

I actually don't think any place does that here. You sometimes get a discount or some item free, but not the whole meal.

Don't know their policy as I ordered online and didn't mention my birthday.

Ahh gotcha, Candace. Some places here do that but not many.

I’m getting the hang of it, just gotta learn the menus on the tablet and I’ll most likely be good to go. She said I’m doing really good. If we can get another person hired than we’ll each have our own floor which will be nice. It’s a ton of walking. I’ve walked over five miles but walking is good, I just gotta get used to it
