I went to a friend's 30th birthday party last night which was such fun but I dropped my iPhone on the bathroom floor and completely shattered the screen luckily I rang my provider this morning and my insurance covers it so they're sending out a new phone tonight (which I'm pleasantly surprised about as it's a Sunday). I'm hungover so I'm having a pajama day

My new phone has been delivered it'll still cost me £100 but that's cheaper than having the screen fixed.

At least insurance covered most of the cost?

I honestly don't get the insurance as it's a monthly cost and has never covered anything when one of us had a problem with our phones.

Yeah £100 excess but it'll just go out with my bill next month.

I know, I was sure that my insurance wouldn't cover it because there always seems to be exceptions but lucky for me there wasn't in this case.

I don't get it either. I had a phone and literally the next day I shattered it (running to catch a bus ) and it cost so much money for a new phone so I ended up going to an iPhone for the same price . Phone's can be so costly it's sad because you kind of need one these days as anything could happen anywheres.

My weekend was okay. I worked and keep having these dizzy spells that last hours if not days, thank goodness I have a doctors appointment Tuesday because I'm literally sick of them . Next weekend will be better since I'm off Saturday . Was gonna go to NYC or the zoo but it's going to rain here and there so I'm back to my thinking board

Exactly, I can't not have a phone. I rely on it too much, like I don't have a watch so I wouldn't even know the time

Oh no Sandy Maybe it's a virus or an ear infection (they can effect your balance and make you disorientated.

Hope you find something good to do if you don't go to the zoo.

I think its an ear infection, the dizzy spells stopped but my ear feels clogged.

No zoo or traveling Saturday rain everywhere . Instead my mom's going to make sausage roll and we're going to have cake for dessert and watch movies .

I'm sure it will be, nothing wrong with spending a rainy day in . Plus I should really, really start saving for vacation next month (I get paid two days before we leave and than in the middle of it but still) .

Also riding my bike to work yesterday I got a phone call so me being me stops to answer, well a couple of months ago I applied for a Team Leader position at a children's clothing store so she sent me an assessment to do for the position. Hopefully I passed it and can get the job . The only thing I foresee stopping it would be the trip in September but I'm still feeling pretty confident .

I cooked all by myself today! Okay, so it was literally putting the chicken in the crock-pot and mixing the ingredients in a bowl and then pouring that over the chicken...but still, I did it all by myself. I've come along way!

The recipe is good, although my mom didn't care for it.
