I can only speak as a Brit but I can imagine that it's the same in the US that the government gives less funding to vulnerable adults and kids who need it more than anyone else, it sucks

So I'm into my second week of two weeks off and I'm so bored! Today I'm debating whether or not to go into the city to shop, I can't really afford it but I need to do something

I ended up just staying home, cleaned the house, roasted a chicken and watched Netflix May go shopping tomorrow (if it's not raining)

I'm out shopping today (currently at a pit stop in Starbucks). Trying to resist while window shopping

I'm so glad I doubted myself yesterday and then questioned why the doctor hadn't sent me anything to complete before my appointment today. I checked the appointment card I had in my wallet and my appointment is NEXT THURSDAY! I would totally have shown up today too.

That's almost happened to me before but like you, I realised just in time. I do know people who have actually done that though.
