We have our annual town festivities this week that I was really looking forward to, but it's been raining non-stop so I don't really feel like going

What a day it has been! I made it to work via bike with no rain but than we started the truck and asked another girl to go let another worker in and she totally blew us off. Than our manager got a concussion because our trucks are stack from floor to ceiling and the little step stool we have does NOTHING for us short people . It took our Co-Manager (he's acting as a store manager) two hours to get there because he had to stop McDonald's, thank goodness she didn't end up with bleeding on the brain or anything. Than I got taken out by a box (not even a headache though because it was light enough) because me and the other two girls had to finish the truck by ourselves. We wouldn't let the one with a concussion even move, manager or not I wasn't risking anything on my watch. And now I'm heading back to work as they're so short staffed tonight to help close. Thank goodness I have the weekend off because my phone will be off.

Yes, shes just got a slight concussion. This shift is definitely easier than this mornings but since I've been on the go since 420am I'm ready for bed

I agree! I felt so bad for her, I ended up calling a fellow co-worker who broke her toe and was actually suppose to be working with us this morning but she didn't get home from the ER til very late (she could've did our counts for the truck ) and the minute she heard the managers name and concussion and needs an ER she was there so fast. Though next time our co manager takes so long I'm calling an ambulance for whoever it is, you never know these days it's scary and she did look bad .

I am def recovering this weekend . We're going to the zoo tomorrow, I might take Amaya to the park Sunday or bake cupcakes and relax we'll see weather wise .
