So, the local news channel I've watched has been flying their news helicopter around the city showing the flood devastation. All over the city, homes after homes are flooded. They even flooded over the area my Grandma lived in at one point and her town home was under water up to the second floor! I grew up visiting her in that home! My sister shared a video with my mom and me over someone driving in a boat over the weekend down a street I travel on all the time. In fact, the veterinarian office where we took all our animals (even got 2 of our cats from there) was under water.

It's just amazing how widespread the flooding is!

It really is! I mean it flooded EVERYWHERE! Tons of locations are still flooded.

Life and the city are finally getting back to normal. Businesses are reopening today that have been closed.

Down here we are gearing up for our cool front. Our lows next weekend are going to be 58-60 degrees.
