Glad nothing has happened since .

My cousin is apparently arriving next Sunday night from Texas, I'm really hoping that he's coming and not messing around like he's said before. He mentioned wanting to go to NYC or Destiny USA mall so I took off a couple of additional days besides the 25 and 26 (I did the 24th assuming we could go do something that day. My stepdad even said he'd babysit).

My weekend was nothing extraordinary. Just the same old same old. Which is nice, don't get me wrong.

No not me a guy took a female cop hostage it was about ten minutes away from my job so it was interesting when I got out of work to say the least.

My weekends been okay, aside from work yesterday (we were beyond busy. Everyone getting ready for the snow storm today that yes we did get). We lost power for about three hours today due to a car going into a pole, nobody was hurt thank goodness. When they say no unnecessary travel they really mean it. Our storm is still going strong so we've all just been inside relaxing, watching movies etc. We were going to go out to our Valentines Day brunch but because of the weather we decided to go next Sunday instead.

Anyone have anything exciting happening this week?

Well, currently I'm staying away from my mom and dad as they BOTH have been sick. My dad fought a fever all weekend and now today, my mom is fighting a fever.

I am going to cook a new recipe for chicken tortilla soup (which was supposed to happen today, but yeah, see the previous paragraph).

I also have to go pick up some shirts from the tailor and medicine from Costco. I also plan to stop into Walgreens for some after-Valentine's candy.

That sounds like fun . I just picked up some candy for the kids today from my job and Amaya got a couple of new coloring books and my brother some puddings (because of his disabilities he makes it so hard to brush his teeth so too much candy bothers his teeth hence the pudding).

I've been thinking about looking for a new job. A coworker and customer both asked me why the store manager treats me and Cece badly, I never stopped to think of how we are treated but her and I talked and we see it. I requested next Friday to Sunday off for Amaya's Baptism and he sat there questioning me as to why I needed three days off for it, it should only be one (Friday I have to go food shopping for the party, Saturday I have to cook and Sunday is the big day. If you've ever been around an almost two year old you know how hard it is to cook and shop with them. It's easier to divide it into a couple of days). Then today he yelled at Cece as she forgot her sneakers and ended up wearing boots all day (because whose going to wear sneakers when you've got a foot of snow and nothings been plowed etc) yet another girl wore boots and not two words. Not sure if he's really always been this way but we just blew it off because we're there to work, we're not there for friends or anything like that or if he recently started. My guess would be the first one but who knows..
