23 days I am going to take a bit of a tavel, going to LA and than a 2 day trip to San Francisco 1 Day Sacramento 2 Days Las Vegas 2 Days San Diego and 1 Day Tijuana before heading back to LA and in October I am going again for a week to a NCIS LA family meet up

What's your thesis about if you don't mind me asking?

oh that would be awesome for you I did start to travel to the US last year. We went to NYC in February and to Florida (travelled around) in September.

You may ask, but it is a tad difficult to explain: my thesis is about the use of the internet and social media in the political context. How politics and especially politicians can involve young people in speaking their minds on their environment and what matters for them.

I have to closely monitor politicians, parties and young people (not all just the once I've picked) and see how they interact and hopefully (but it is looking good) finding a good answer to how things could be easier.

so i spent a lot of time on the internet right now even more than ever...

most of the time I am quite good with taking breaks of actual writing the thesis. but sadly there are waaaaay too awesome things going on right now. and I get distracted too easily.

Ahh okay, that sounds interesting It is a little similar to the internship I'm doing at the moment. My research is about a Dutch city that will be the European Capital of Culture in 2018 and the local government is trying to figure out how to get young people and companies involved.
