I love that Martha stopped by the precinct to talk to Kate.

Castle showing up at the precinct with his new client was great

The Castle/Ryan/Espo scenes made me laugh

The priest running away I loved the Castle/Beckett phone call, and then Beckett having to ask Castle for help.

The coffee moment at the end

I really enjoyed this episode

I'm so glad Martha went to see Kate, I always love their scenes together and the hug was so lovely.

Ryan, Espo and Castle were so funny, I esp loved the bit where Castle tracked Esposito and then Espo threw away the bug and Castle was all "you know I can find that"

I liked how at the end Ryan and Espo simply just put their fight behind them and went back to normal, a sign of true best friends.

And I must say I'm really enjoying Castle and Beckett's interaction even though their seperated. Her phone call to him laughing at him that he couldn't catch the priest and then the video call between them when she got his film reference was so sweet. The coffee scene at the end was just perfect

It's true about Ryan and Epso, I also liked that Beckett helped them out by putting them both on the list.

I loved their scenes too. They may be separated for now but it's obvious how much they still love each other

Well, you know, I want to enjoy the episodes. I so do. But this whole thing seriously puts a damper on everything.
I do not know why I feel like I'm not allowed to enjoy the funny moments - between Caskett and everyone else, that is. I enjoy them and the next moment we're reminded why they're separated again and I feel like a chastitised/reprimaned child. And that is so sad. Because here is my other main concern:

Kate is so obviously doing what started this dilemma in the first place - misusing her position and the recources she has because of it for her personal demons.
I hope the showrunners set this up on purpose - they wanna deal with the character's past issues.

I loved Martha, though, and how despite she doesn't understand what is going on she's not mad or upset with Kate but offers her motherly advice and hugs.

Kate getting both Ryan and Espo the exam spots - I love it!

The end scene - moment of truth my ass... ugh, seriously.
