“Driven” – In the Season 6 finale, as Richard Castle drove to his much-anticipated nuptials, an ominous black SUV bore down on him. Meanwhile, after waiting in vain for Castle to arrive at the wedding, Beckett was called to an accident scene to find Castle’s car in a ravine, engulfed in flames. Who or what caused the car crash? Is there any way Castle could have survived? The episode will pick-up at the scene of that accident, right where the finale left off, in a premiere that promises to put Beckett through the toughest case of her career. Season 7 of “Castle” begins on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET/PT) on the ABC Television Network.

I enjoyed it, just because it's finally back, but...
I don't know... I felt really underwhelmed. I don't know what it was, but something is terribly off.
No idea if it's supposed to be that way?
Did anyone else feel the same?

I can't wait for next week, though, I hope that will resolve some of the negative vibes I got from this ep

I thought it was a good episode, but at the same time it was a bit odd. It would've been better if Castle had just been kidnapped, making it seem as if he'd done something wrong has been done before, and I didn't like that. I'm not sure what this means for Castle and Beckett's relationship either, obviously Beckett's been through a lot and it must be hard for her to trust him right now.

I know, and I understand that she lost hope on the way. The important thing is, though, that she found it again. At least to me that's saying very much that she wants to believe him.

That's true It just makes me sad because Kate's been through so much already Spending two months wondering if she'd ever see Castle again was bad enough, I don't want this to become between them.

I understand what you mean, and I totally agree. But they looked as though they wanna fight, and I believe this won't come between them. For now, yes, but not in the long run, you know?

Espo didn't earn any brownie points in the episode I can understand Ryan's reaction, but Espo was almost wanting Castle to be the bad guy? I hope it comes across what I mean.
