With the right amount of money you can do whatever to the billboards anywhere when we were in Myrtle Beach a couple from New Jersey bought out the Skywheel to have ti light up pink for a gender reveal. ABC, Fox, Amazon and all of them pay NYC to have their shows and everything advertised :.

I love the Luggard idea too, so sweet
