I love when that happens, the extorior for the bar in It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia has been used in Castle a couple of times too.

It is on Netflix here, yes. No ides if it's in the UK.

It's a bit until you see it, but then the exterior shot of the back yard is shown - it's almost exactly the same like in the Castle episode. Plus, the lawn chairs are exactly the same
