Anyways, before that sheesh! I honestly liked Gunnarsen this season, they got me! So she killed Alice because of what Alice knew about Quill and Brigette’s company, interesting. Natasha is a great actress.

I loved the Nick, Emily and Flynn in bed scene, totally adorable. So many lovely family moments, loved the Jack and Emily scene too. I’m glad Jack’s okay and that he didn’t spiral this season after Alice.

Aww Cal visiting Emily at the house, I was shouting “just kiss!” at my TV

That explosion and their “deaths” had me so scared until I realised it was a ruse. Loved when Emily told Flynn that he was the best of her

I liked Crowne and Emily working together.

I’m glad Emily got away from Boston and started afresh, she needed that for sure. And she’s way more suited to being a freelance agent (if that’s what she is!) Sad she left without Cal for the first six months but like I said, she needed to do that and as soon as she made contact he came What a great ending, left it open but at the same time there was closure. If it is the end, in my head Cal stays with her because he doesn’t seem like he has ties to Boston and they were together freelance and as a couple obviously! Emily deserves her happy ending so much!!

I loved this season, definitely my favourite

Thinking about it more, it makes sense that Julianne let Cal go to Berlin, he was, without knowing it, helping the mole which is why she got annoyed when she couldn’t get in contact with him.

Oh and I just remembered on the news broadcast you can see “Toronto” as part of one of the headlines. A Stana and Will Canada reference

I also just wanted to say - Rowena was only in that one episode - and that favor Emily owed her is still to be granted - so, sure, more stuff for a potential 4th season.

And I'm not sure how Flynn and Nick are doing during those six months and now - I hope they can meet up now, the threats are gone now or in prison. Also stuff for a season

If we ever hear about it being canceled or renewed - it might be long or not so long. Filming would be so hard right now anyway.

I noticed that it was odd that Rowena had like promo pictures and was interviewed but she was on in one episode. I mean, Kai and Agent Thompson were in it far more.

So - the explosion of the house from the promo was already in the first episode! I had forgotten and therefore thought the explosion happening in this episode was yet to come and anticipated it.
So weird!

Oh, I just made a connection. I'm rewatching episode 5 right now.

Emily asks Rowena if she is a private contractor now.

I bet that's exactly what Emily is now - Fiona, good thinking on your part

I just had another thought - in the voiceover for the first sneak for season 3, Emily said 'Fight back, or become a ghost.'

At the end, she kind of is a ghost - interesting, I think.
She fought back, but still decided to lay low for her family's sake. At least that's what we know - I can't imagine Emily not having any contact with Flynn and Nick, and Warren.

I think despite not being with Flynn, she’s kind of at peace at the end. She’s independent and doesn’t have any dark clouds above her head. Maybe she’s “finding herself”.

Will said on twitter that when he was interviewed for the job as showrunner he was adamant that he didn’t want Emily back at the FBI. I think she’s far more suited to going rogue and doing things her own way than dealing with bureaucracy and paperwork.

Watching episode 2 again, I wonder if Julianne asking Cal about Meridian was her trying to feel him out and see if he still had any loyalty to them and if he would spy for her. It’s interesting watching it with the knowledge about Julianne.
