"Reset"
Emily’s alleged serial killer, Conrad Harlow, is being released from jail, and Emily has not come close to solving the mystery of her kidnapping and time in captivity. As Emily struggles to return to normal life, a witness turns up and reinforces the suspicions of Emily. Emily denies the suspicions and is sure the witness is lying and was forced into making a false statement, maybe by someone in the FBI. Will Emily and Nick be able to find out the truth before Emily is again torn from her family?

Thanks for this thread, too :D

So curious when I'll get to see it :look:

You're welcome  Hopefully soon!

This episode brings up even more questions  It definitely seems like Emily's being set up, I wonder who's behind it. Especially if it's someone within the FBI. Nick going for a drink after he dropped off Emily is suspicious, although I really doubt it was him. Maybe Emily's former partner? I'm sure Tommy will end up helping Emily, it helps that he isn't an FBI agent so at least he can be ruled out as a suspect.

I can't wait for Emily to get her memories back, or at least some of them, especially after Harlow told her the answers are in her head.

I felt bad for Emily when she brought Flynn a gift and he barely looked at her. Although I can understand Flynn too because he thinks of Alice as his mom and Emily as a stranger.

:yay:
Second episode, a new one :D I'm doing play by play.

Who is that woman?! And she just happens to see Emily with Ramkov (I can't get the name right  ). That's just too convienent...

Aw man, the first minutes - Emily being confronted about all of this. Again, Stana's acting is out of the park, ugh! Her face in that interrogation as more facts are presented to her :thud:

Alice seems very supportive. For now she is okay with Flynn seeing Emily. She lets her go up to his room by herself, that's a huge display of trust, I think.

:broken_heart: Emily giving Flynn his gift and he just says it's cool and puts it aside. Poor Emily. Poor Flynn... poor everyone.
Loved the story with the yoghurt, though. I hope we get more of those :)

Emily getting to know Flynn, talking to him. He could make more of an effort I think. Well, he's only a boy, so that gives him benefit.

Ha! Nick's idea with the fork is genius. Maybe a little illegal?

Ah, there is the worried Alice and not so quite supportive.
Loved Emily overhearing it, I mean the fact she did.

aaaaawwww - her old badge! I like her dad. He seems so fatherly

Oooh, why is Cooper running? Not so innocent it seems.
Hm, a Fed is involved.
Semerov (another try at the name, haha  )

The scene with Harlow in the swimming pool is so creepy at first. Harlow is creepy.
How did Emily know he would be at the pool? Huh... And he was there - at the cabin? Does she remember or is she bluffing?
Hm... interesting about everything being in her head. I so hope she gets her memories back.

WTF! They're handcuffing Emily?!

Hm, I like Tommy. Maybe they even end up being friends.
I'm also happy to report that I understand Angel way better now. In the first episode, too. I'm relieved about that.

Hm, Nick is right - Emily doesn't know how she's reacting now.
So good to see them working out leads. Maybe Radford is the mole? Her old partner would know how and where she was with a case...

WHAT? Tommy has Kelly Price in his contact list on his phone... Oh, probably because she came to him as a witness.

:broken_heart: 'Doyou think we'd still be together if none of this would have happened?' :(

Oh, Riggs, what's up? Why are you barking?
aaaaaaah, I don't like thissss - why would you go out there, Alice???!!

Of course Emily is making everyone uncomfortable - but she wants to be near her son. Alice has to understand that, too. Hm. Not liking her so much anymore...
Also, someone IS watching them. Ugh, who?!

   WTF!!! Harlow is dead?!?! I need to know that Emily has an alibi

NOOOOOOOOOO.... SHE HAS WET HAIR AND CLOTHES NOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Oh, sooo good! Sorry this got long. But there is so much to notice.

Ingrid, yes, even more questions!

:thud:

I'm glad we got this episode back to back with the first one.

Yes, it is so cool seeing Stana's name first and then as an executive producer!

Can I just say, Richard Brake makes a great serial killer!!! He is the perfect amount of creepy, yet intriguing. I never sat that coming through!!!! That changes everything I feel.

The scene where Emily asks Nick if they would still be together :bawl:

I still feel for Alice. I don't know why she walked outside, though! The dog wasn't going to be that much protection!

I still feel for Flynn. He just sees Emily as someone who is ruining his life. That can't be easy for a kid. I feel he'll come around eventually, I hope he will.

I don't want to wait a week for the next episode!!!!!

Copop 09-27-2017 11:58 AM

I hope there will be an episode next week - maybe Spain and Portugal need to wait until the rest caught up

Alice walking outside - I kept waiting for someone to hit her or something.

Flynn seeing Emily as a disturbance right now - That's a good expression. I do hope he comes around. He just has to.

Just finished this episode and wow!

Emily seeing everyone in masks in the beginning was creepy

So far I think it's got to be Adam that's the crooked agent, I mean in he was her partner back then then he'd know her investigations and she said that she always felt that Semirov (sp??) was always one step ahead, like he had insider help... I'm going with Adam right now

That scene with Emily and Flynn was so tough to watch. Emily was trying so hard but I think they'll get there slowly but surely. I mean Flynn is a typical 9 year old boy really, more interested in his game.

I loved that scene with Emily and her dad, so sweet. I wonder what happened to Emily's mom, if she's dead or not.

At first in this episode I wasn't that keen on Tommy but as it went on it just seems that he's not intending to be a bad guy, he's doing his job and following the evidence wherever it leads.

I did get a bit confused with how Emily ended up at Harlow's (house?), I mean I guess she could have found out where he lived. But how did Tommy know she was there?

Uh-oh, I sense something bad happening at Nick's house. I half expected there to be a reflection of a mask in the window.

And gah, Emily and Nick! My heart breaks for them.

At the end I was like "whaaat?" Harlow's dead?! Did not see that coming. It was hard to tell because he was in water and his eyes were open but he didn't have his eyelids cut off, did he?

It seems slowly but surely all the suspects are dwindling until it's just Emily left.

At the end I thought that Emily was having a nightmare and just sweating a lot but then again she could have been at the pool and.. Nick stopped off for a drink he told Alice but he couldn't have done it, right?

Actually it's not, I watch a lot of forensic shows and even though a suspect can decline giving DNA or fingerprints without just cause it's perfectly legal for police to obtain them without the suspect's knowledge :)

Copop 09-27-2017 01:30 PM

Oh, Nick having killed Harlow? Hm, who knows - or had Emily kill him?

I actually don't know about the eyelids. His eyes seemed big - gotta check that again!

About the fork - I meant stealing the fork was the illegal activity

Oh, they pool is in Harlow's house? OH, right, it was in the sneak peek for ep 3, I think. I didn't know it when I watched Reset. So, yeah, how does Emily know, from files, maybe. But how did Tommy know? Maybe we'll learn that still...

I agree about Flynn - slowly but surely. It just has to work out!

I'm sure we won't find out who killed Harlow anytime soon though.

It didn't occur to me about the eyelids until I'd finished the episode but I don't think they were, it would have looked creepier if he had no eyelids right?

Oh! I bet the people in that cafe thought Nick was crazy just running in and stealing a dirty fork :lmao:

I haven't seen the sneak peek for episode 3 yet so I don't know where the pool is.

Copop 09-27-2017 01:46 PM

Wait, why do you know that Emily went to his house, then? I just thought it was some random swimming pool, empty because it was late at night

I agree about not finding out who killed Harlow - it's the same killer, probably, that killed Semrov, I think.

-x-Lilac-x- 09-27-2017 01:50 PM

I don't know if it was his house that's why I put brackets and a ? when I wrote house. But it could be right? I can't think of where else it would be, unless it's a temporary place the police have put him before his abduction trial (if he's been in prison for a few years he's unlikely to have a house so..)

^ I'm theorising with myself right now

Copop 09-27-2017 01:55 PM

Ah, I understand

fragileღheart 09-28-2017 07:57 PM

wow this was soo good :thud:
like the ending had me questions did emily kill Harlow or was it Nick? with Nick it was more suspicious because of the way he almost paused and said he went for drinks. Emily woke up with the wet hair, i think the writers could’ve thrown that in there to make us think that emily did it when really maybe she was having a nightmare from her disappearance & that’s sweat, idk tho.
and that witness woman was totally up to something, esp the way that she just went away.

Copop 02-04-2018 08:21 AM

Just finished this one. I didn't what the female witness was all about - she was a fake, so I'm glad I forgot about her

Did we ever find out how the mole in the Boston FBI was, though? I can't remember... :look:

And, wow... knowing the last episode now, this is so much worse in the sense of what Emily might have done
