I assume it will be at the end of episode 1... I don't know why, but it somehow seems that way.
But it's a nice thought to start with him in jail and then getting everything that happened before. Like they did with Tom and the bones. Do you think they will play that twice? I'm still not sure if it really will be Liz who puts him there.  It's so expected somehow.__________________

But with Tom we were waiting to re him get shot. If Red is already in jail, we will be seeing how he got there.
But I'm thinking he will get arrested in episode 1. I just really hope he doesn't spend the whole half of the season locked up. __________________

I think he might get arrested in episode 2 now by all the promo we've seen so far.

Because Red told them he would break their agreement... He got the bones although Cooper made it clear that he wouldn't get his way and then Red will wonder in there again and demand his agreement being honored... I think some will be super pissed after what happened before.
Oh, I have another really nice theory. Jennifer goes behind Liz's back, tells Ressler (the b/w cop) the truth about Red and he gets him arrested?  __________________
