I was rocking along enjoying the show and then Cooper said the team should always choose Liz.
And I wanted to break my tv and hit cooper upside the head. __________________

Have not much to add. I really believed Red when he said he is no russian traitor to this country, but what the hell is he?

Cooper is sooooo oblivious! Why does he want to choose Liz's side?! I just can't..

Good eppy
I really don't think Red is a Russian Spy, but who he is, have no idea Cooper really needs a slap round the head for saying he would choose Liz, seriously has that man had a memory loss.. Everyone should listen to Dembe, everyone wouldn't be in the mess they are if they did.. __________________

The best parts of this ep were reds conversation with Rakiten. Why would he challenge red? I thought he was going to die.
I also loved Reds conversation with cooper. It was beautiful and showed his deep feelings for Cooper. And if Cooper didn’t believe red, he’s a moron. And he knows better. For all Reds tricking the team in the past, he has never misled them or led them into really wrong decisions. He doesn’t lie to them like that. Red said he’s not a traitor and not a Russian spy. I believe him. Cooper needs to as well. Third best part Dembe and reds conversation. Yes. Everyone should simply listen to Dembe. That’s going to be my new rule. I love that Dembe can speak freely. I won’t mention coopers crazy statement again as I am now pretending he didn’t say It. __________________

I don't believe Red is a Russian spy or traitor either but fact is that he is working with Sikorsky cause Sikorsky said and I quote "I have known Raymond longer than anyone. I know and trust him like a brother. But if we won't do what is necessary to protect what we've built over the decades I will."
So I wonder what exactly it is that they've built over the decades. What kind of empire or something. Or could he maybe be talking about the Cabal? __________________

I may be totally wrong. But Sikorsky doesn’t feel like someone Red is loyal too and is on Reds team. __________________

I wonder if Sikorsky knows how important the task force is for red or if the work with the task force is a part of the big projekt?! I mean when Cooper dies their work will end. No one as Cooper would Red let do what he does, so it would be more than to just kill an assistant director of the FBI...

Red would never be a traitor. He values loyalty above all else, you guys remember that? How does that go with a traitor? Not at all, correct. Rakitin I don't get either... He even went to their friend and told him about that. And look. Sikorsky and Red know each other for a really long time now. That was an interesting fact to learn as well. I'm all with Marilyn about Red using Rakitin. Who knows, what if Red is so deep cover up that nobody really knows besides of a few, a really few... Or what if he is going there alone? What if what happened to his family and himself made him built that up to get to the people behind it? Sikorsky doesn't know that Red struck a deal with the US government, right? __________________

Yep Kris. I think Sikorsky is ties to whoever killed reds family. I don’t think he knows Red is not RR. I don’t think he knows Reds pLan. And I really don’t think he knows about reds immunity agreement.
Hearing what Sikorsky said made me think of red and Fitch. It’s funny i always saw those two as on the same side. I don’t feel that way about this man. And crazy question: I guess Sikorsky and Townsend aren’t names on the blacklist yet. I wonder if they will be Rakiten signed his death warrant. Red is going to kill him. He reminds me of Tom. __________________

Oh wow, good episode! Captain Kidd was so cocky and obnoxious, it was interesting to FINALLY see he actually did tremble at one person: Townsend! And in the scene with Kidd sitting with the FBI agents in that room, I finally did see the one who responded to the knock at the door gave a hand signal and so he was the operative (I had missed that when I first viewed the show). I thought to myself, they typically don't share that with us, just leave us to wonder to us viewers, "Oh, I guess one of those FBI agents was a Townsend operative." That I thought that was mildly interesting. And then poor Kidd got what he figured would be coming.
I agree it was a good talk between Cooper and Red! The part where Red talked about Cooper having lots of pieces of the puzzle, but that he, Red, WAS the puzzle, there's no way apparently Cooper was going to figure it all out on his own. That made me want to FINALLY KNOW what the puzzle is! Arrrgh! Oh and Marilyn, yeah, Cooper's comment regarding Liz...YUK!! Your comment about that made me LOL!! And I agree that it was a good scene with Red and Dembe having a heart to heart. What impressed me most I guess is the fact that Red knew without a doubt Dembe was about to deliver an opinion that was different from his own but when he was open to hearing it, it showed us yet again that trusting bond between them, and that's because he knows Dembe doesn't have a hidden agenda, he was willing to receive Dembe's wisdom...and it's a good thing too. Anyway, again I thought it was a really good episode but now, we all have to worry about Cooper in line to be attacked and eliminated! Boo! Hiss! I do have to say I was thankful to the writers for giving us all at least a teensy glimmer of humor in the whole thing when dear Aram opened up to Ressler and Cooper about the time he'd spent in of all things...the circus! I thought that was hilarious! I could hardly believe I was hearing such a thing. Pretty dang funny! I'm anxious for the next eppy! But Cooper cannot die, that's for sure (at least in my own mind it is). His attitude toward Liz is maddening, but basically he's a decent guy. |
