I know he has been but he for sure doesn't know where it is. Otherwise he would have given the location of the post office away in the season 2 finale to Berlin instead of giving him the names only. So I guess it's safe to assume that he doesn't know.

He probably would have. So at least it's good that he doesn't know where the Post Office is.

But right now I assume he would do everything to help Liz and I somehow fear that somebody will give the location away... He would go there, for sure! He needs her save.

Miranda, you really think he's planning on going to the post office to save Liz? You think this is exactly what's going to happen?

Hm, if though, who could tell him the location... I really don't know, I somehow doubt that Cooper would do that. He told him once that he didn't trust him I'm not sure but I still believe in Cooper's good judgment to not do this.
