Marilyn, how long does your budget season last normally? I'm really curious...
Normally it's budget season for us, too but we have to elect our major in September so everybody is kind of stopping right now because you never know what his or her ideas will be... And our budget is always done for two years, so next year we should at least get a more relaxed one Miranda, sounds a lot better temperature wise. But what have you been up to? __________________

I am just enjoying my last couple of days of my vacation. I went shopping with my niece on Tuesday. Yesterday I spent the day with my cousin and I went out to dinner with her. We went to Pesos.
 and today I relaxed.__________________

Another work week done for me  Today a friend of mine will come over for dinner and a chat. She is living in Hamburg and I haven't seen her in about a year.__________________

It typically runs from March through September and it’s yearly. This year due to Covid and the revenue falling we started in June. And are still trying to have it in pace by September

I really hope that you'll get through it as fast as possible. I hate these times at work... It's super busy and normally it takes a lot of overtime during these weeks/months.

It was so great and fun.
Whenever she is there it's as if it's just been hours we haven't seen each other. It's my oldest (in the sense of friend that I know the longest) friend. We are friends since I was four and she was two We used to spend our holiday together, she always was with my family on vacation and the other way around. So Miranda... I can't believe your vacation time is over  It's just crazy how fast these last two weeks passed that I spent at work already again  Marilyn, how are you? I heard about these two possible hurrikanes heading for the golf coast. __________________

Aw that is so amazing you have been friends for so long! I know my best friend since we were 4 as well and we spent so much time together as kids. We lived across the street from eachother and when she was not at my house, I was at her house.
Can't believe my vacation is over as well. I really don't feel like going back to work again.  __________________

That’s wonderful about your friend kris. I drifted away from my childhood friends. I still think about them. It’s always good when you can maintain long term friendships

I really don't see her too often and we're not in contact on a daily basis but more sporadically but still... When she's here she comes over and it's like we've never been apart. I think that's what friendship really is. It's sad though that she moved so far away.
And see Miranda, it's the same for you, when you know one of your best friends since you were 4, too So how was everybodys week? __________________
