Yes it was really strange how it went. But I think Ressler fired her too quickly. Yes she went against him but I think he also fired her because he was mad at her because they slept together and he felt betrayed by her.

I can agree with that. I think he reacted without thinking. I think his emotions played into it.

But since she is back now (I still have to re-watch the episode) I guess it's alright and Cooper hired her back in.

But it is still a little strange that it wasn't discussed that she came back and that she was just there.

I have done this literally every time I’ve been interviewed alongside him. Because I am terrible, and he is a genius. #blacklist
