Aram Mojtabai, the IT specialist, and Elizabeth Keen, the profiler, met for the first time when she was supposed to go undercover and pretend to be an IT specialist. He didn't only remain being the IT specialist for long, but with Liz's help and through her advice overcame his fear of shooting a real person by shooting a criminal to save Liz's life. That was the point where she started to fully trust him, actually he was the only person she trusted in finding Red. It was not different the other way around, because she doesn't even need to show him a warrant for him to start a research on which topic ever. She even went to him with one of the most dangerous objects in the world, the Fulcrum. He baked her Red Velvet Cup Cakes for her birthday, ate one before she even got a chance to see or try one herself and made her laugh with telling her via phone. He knows she likes Beyonce and Dim Sum and calls her "agent Keen" out of respect for her. Their relationship is just special and one of great friendship.

Liz: "It's Madeline Pratt's simcard. I swiped it when I palmed her phone."

Aram: "You were her last outgoing call. I was able to pull the location data for the cell towers. That's the address where she called you from."

Aram: "Hey, I know you are super busy but there is something you said that's been bothering me.
Mr. Reddington left the hospital at 4.37pm. You said your father died almost an hour later?"
Liz: "Right. My father died around 5.30pm. What are you getting at?"
Aram: "I asked the hospital to send over their internal rapport taken by the active nurse on duty at the time of your father's death.
Your father was found by the hospital staff at 5.30pm.
But the medical examiner estimated he died a little less than a hour before he was found.
Liz: "When Reddington was in the room. He was there when my father died."

Liz: "She'll think you've proposed if she wants to marry you. If she doesn't, the thought won't cross her mind."
Aram: "Or if she doesn't? You mean, like, now or like, ever?"

Aram: "But if she doesn't, which is it?"
Liz: "I have no idea. But if you give her the ring, you'll find out."

Aram: "Wait. Aren't you supposed to be on your way to Paris? I mean, didn't Mr. Reddington give us a case that's going to get us to Garvey?"
Liz: "I'm sure it will get him to Garvey, but I plan on getting to him first. And to do that, I need your help."

Liz: "Can you track his car?"
Aram: "Yes, it's a government vehicle. They're geo-tagged, but.."
Liz: "And can you control the traffic light?"
Aram: "Yes, but he could miss the signal. He could be texting and driving."
Liz: "He won't be."
Aram: "How can you be so sure?"
Liz: "Because he is a stickler for the rules. Otherwise, he would have given us the file."
Aram: "Assuming I'm not dead and he has his laptop in his car and he's uploaded the file we're looking for onto it, which, by the way, seemed like way too many "ands" to risk one's life over.. If he does all these things and I am not dead."
Liz: "Which you won't be."
Aram: "Because you're so sure this man is a rule follower. This man you've met I don't know all of one time."
Liz: "Okay, if it's any consolation, if he doesn't have the file, and he is texting and driving, and you do die, I will be very sorry."

Aram: "It wasn't bad. It was terrible. But it's my fault for taking it."
Liz: "Can I give you some good advice?"
Aram: "I doubt it."

Aram: "Why? So she can say no?"
Liz: "You don't know that's what she'll say."
Aram: "You said, if I gave her the engagement ring and she doesn't think it's a marriage proposal, then she doesn't want to marry me."
