I really hope so and I think she wants it cause she was really upset when she had to give up being an agent. That is the only way I can see them working together again as well.

Man, I really hope so, too. But still I'm not sure how that should be possible considering her situation... She killed Connolly and nothing will ever make this go away.

 Sadly. But who knows, sometimes Red is able to surprise us all. Didn't he tell her that this is for now and that they might be able to fully get her back into the bureau? When they made that deal and she was talking to him on the phone while she was in prison.
