Me, too... It's what the show is lacking. The only two character aside from Red and Liz that got a good storyline were Aram and Samar. But Ressler was sidelined for so long now.

there is not much that we know about him other than that his dad was a cop and he has a brother and everything that has happened with Audrey and that's about it.
